This is the first one that’s actually worked for me. I have lowered my metformin to 2 a day from 4 and now lowering to 1 a day after being on this for 2-months now. My gut is finally getting back to normal from the metformin tearing it up!! I have to check my sugar now, as it can get low sometimes. That’s a first for me. Now maybe I can finally get off the terrible pharmaceuticals. My sugar has never been this low on 4- 500 Mg metformin per day and glipizide. I do not take it close to the metformin. I usually take 1 metformin in the morning, as my sugar tends to b higher in the morning.
