I don't know why it took me so long to get one for home, but this has become a necessity every day for my physical therapy routine at home. The strap is thick and solid. The best part about this strap is- the adjuster on it has never moved an inch even though I'm essentially trying to stretch the belt open with my legs. The material of the belt has no stretch so it offers perfect resistance for my exercises. The buckle is snug, but not too tight to where you have to fight to squeeze the sides to open it.
