"Do NOT machine wash (i.e, don't put it in the dishwasher)." "Do NOT soak for long periods of time." "Do NOT use a scouring agent." "Do gently wash with warm water and soap. **Q: Has anyone owned over a period of time, will the surface scratch?** A: Not a scratch, per se, but a little piece of the applique has flaked off after only 3 months and not excessively used (about 10 times). I have also been very careful with the mug. It might have been a defect in the application process. **Q: If the cup isn’t half full, do you only see half of the image change? 14oz is huge!** A: Thank you for reaching out.
