A: It’s a 12” blade

**Q: How easy is it to resharpen, at an 8-12 degree angle?**
A: I have owned mine for a little over a year. I use it a few times a year when smoking meat. I haven’t had to sharpen mine yet just roll the edge with a knife honing rod. I did buy a set of angle wedges that attach to the blade when using a stone for when it will have to be sharpened.

Great sharp knife. It is somewhat thicker than many carving knives, but the blade is sharp enough to not create drag when slicing. I will buy this brand again. Quality knife
