Finally did get connected, only to have it eventually lose connection. This happened several times over a few days, and just was not reliable. This is the only smart light/device that I have which had this connectivity issue, other lights (from other vendors) were easy to connect and have stayed connected consistently. I even sent an email to the support address listed and never received a response.
