I wound it up just like I always did, every morning and set it like always and put it in and off to work I went..... I later realized that the time was set for when I set it that morning, at first I thought maybe did I wind it when I set it🤔🤔🤔🤔So I wound and set again but paid attention this time. It wouldn’t work.🤔🤔I contacted the warranty customer service, which were by the way.......👍awesome, they sent shipping label via email for easy printing, and form for information about the watch and like and idiot I forget to even put it in the package when I sent it🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Nevertheless aQuick response:However not the response I wanted to hear. I was under the impression that they could fix the watch, only to find out the parts are no longer available 😢😢😢.
