The package contained 4 straws, 8 sets of silicone silencers and no cleaning brushes.I tried to put the first set of silicone silencers on, and as I was sliding the second one onto the straw, it tore, leaving it useless. Another set slid on perfectly, though. I've tried using the straw for a couple days now, but I'm not a fan of the mouth-feel, given that the diameter is narrower than regular plastic straws. Also, it's too long for my choice of water bottles if I want to close the top, so as a tip, be sure to measure before ordering. Allow some extra space if your bottle has a screw-on cover.Right now, I can't say that I would necessarily recommend these straws.
