This morning in late July the humidity was 97% and 75 degrees. In the past when I have run my sport glasses with built-in readers would fog to the point they were useless. I sprayed the lens and wiped then down before I went out. Then to make sure I sprayed them again and let it sit for a few minutes. They were mostly dry. I used a soft cloth and rubbed them clean.
