The cheaper price ones do not. **Q: How to apply the foundation?** A: It's not wet when you put it on just slightly damp but dries quickly and feels like air and lasts all day even if it's a little pricey it's the best Korean foundation I've found and foundation and I have a birthmark after applied u can hardly see it.
