These tablets were effective with a single treatment! **Q: What do you mean by use half strength I have pufferfish with mollies and my mollies have Ich so I want to treat everyone just incase?** A: If it calls for 2 tablets just use 1 would be half strength. Cost efficient *by D***E on February 28, 2025* Ok so a few things about this product. I think it’s a great alternative to other products on Amazon if you’re trying to budget, and pay the least amount you could.I had 2 cory fish in a 2 gallon tank, who died due to having the ick, before I could get these tablets in. I purchased another cory fish a day before my 2nd cory fish died. I used a scissor to cut a line down the tablet, and broke it up into very small pieces. It dissolves into this bright blue liquid, and lets off a mist or debris of some sort. The new cory fish did well in that tank and is still doing well in my new one, and it never got sick. I ended up getting a 5.5 gallon and I MUST SAYβ€” do not do half of a tablet for a 5 gallon, even though one tablet is for a 10 gallon. It’s definitely too much, I guess depending on the amount of fish that are sick. A quarter of the tablet will definitely do the trick for a 5 gal, though.Overall, I’m very happy with this product and I think it’s a great price- compared to the others on Amazon.
