I just used it on a five hour flight and was more than pleased. The fabric is soft and the pillow is adjustable so that it fits perfectly to give my neck the support I needed without making me too warm. It comes with a convenient travel pouch that can snap onto your carryon or fit into your handbag. Had to add some velcro (see photo) because my neck was a lot smaller than what the velcro allotted. It's short neck friendly. I got the organic cotton version and it's soft. I like that the back is much flatter than the front so you can actually sit back in a headrest. The two snake cushions I the front hold my chin adequately. True test will be my long haul flight to Japan and Korea this fall. So far this is the only one that felt OK for my short and small neck. I've bought and return so many (cabeau, huzi, various types of inflatables, etc) and I think this might be the one that sticks. Will update in Fall if it doesn't go well ## Frequently Bought Together - BCOZZY Kids Travel Neck Pillow (3-7 Y/O) – Patented Soft Toddler Pillow for Head & Chin Support in Car Seat, Airplane, and Flight Sleeping.
