With its delightful rooster-shaped design and black background adorned with white polka dots, this stovetop tea kettle is perfect for those who seek a touch of farmhouse whimsy in their kitchen accessories.
- One of its unique features is the pleasant sounds it emits while boiling water. It produces a gentle harmonica melody at low boil and a car horn whistling sound when the water reaches boiling point, alerting you that your water is ready for brewing your favorite hot beverages. This adds a delightful touch to the tea-making process, making it an enjoyable experience.
- Crafted from durable enamel-coated steel, this tea kettle is built to last and effortless to clean. The heavy gauge steel core ensures excellent heat distribution, while the enamel finish adds an extra layer of protection and enhances its overall aesthetic appeal.
- While enamelware is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended for best results. Allow your tea kettle to cool before cleaning. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: This is made in Taiwan

**Q: I asked this question, but I wasn't sure I understood the seller's answer. Is the coating on the inside of the kettle enamel, or the outside coating?**
A: From what I I can ascertain, it seems to be enamel inside and out. And I’ve been using this kettle for over a year now and it has been wearing very well. No chips or any other problem. :)

**Q: Can this teapot be put in a microwave?**
A: I have never put the kettle in the microwave--it is not meant to be used in there. It is metal and the rooster is a hard plastic. I use it on my gas stove only.

**Q: Can you get your hand inside it to clean it?**
A: yes, I can BTW, I am female with average size hands. So, I can reach in from the top of the kettle and clean inside and even from the inside clean the spout as well. I find lemon juice for the water stains and soap and water the best cleansers.
