Review: When this faucet first arrived, although the finish seemed pretty artificial, and the spout was welded crookedly on to the base of the spout, I went ahead and had my contractor install it based on the price I paid. After a couple of months, it started dripping. I determined it's an issue with the cartridge in the hot water faucet. It's not a cartridge you can simply purchase from your local home depot, it's some custom size. I reached out for support, and they claimed to have no record of me purchasing the faucet, nor were they willing to help - yet here I am writing a review because I purchased. Would not recommend based on quality and poor customer support.
