A: Yes, the outside is plastic

**Q: Does the white mill have black writing and the black mill have white writing as pictured?**
A: No

**Q: Are the Marble mills shiny or more of a matte?**
A: I purchased the black and white not marble and  they’re not very ‘shiny’ more matte I suppose.
