Reading and working through this book, it becomes apparent how lacking some of the UK nursing education is. Don’t get me wrong, it’s absolutely sufficient for becoming a nurse, as anything specific to our roles we will learn. But many of us don’t go in depth with ABG, ECG changes from electrolyte imbalance, or maternity/obstetrics. This book is a LOT of information, and obviously geared towards the US nursing competency exam, so is perfect for those with this in mind.
