It does come with the base as well for those that are wondering. You are also able to insert on the “evenflo reversi lightweight stroller” that Walmart sells. You just detach the the seat that it comes with on the stroller and attach the infant car seat on there. I like it because later on if you don’t want your baby laying to long inside the carseat you just put the other seat the stroller came with and lay it flat on the stroller and your baby is much safer, comfortable and better laying down that way instead of being in the car seat. I posted pictures of what the stroller looks like with the infant car seat and the seat it comes with as well that way you get an idea of what I’m talking about . Remember stroller is bought separately and only cost me $104 dollars. It has a lot of space at the bottom and isn’t to tall or to short it’s the perfect size and it’s lightweight.
