**Q: What color is the down rod and fixture that attaches to the ceiling?**
A: The rod and fixtures is a brushed chrome. The blade is  light faux wood … very nice & super quiet

**Q: no instructions. Is there some online somewhere?**

**Q: Where I can by  longer extension  to this fan? My understanding that universal threaded rods found in Home depot do not fit**
A: Did you find a downrod extension?  How did you message Ovlaim?

**Q: The advertisement states it is indoors/outdoors. Questions state no. Which is correct?**
A: There is no way that you would want to use this fan outdoors.  I have 3 of them.

Liked it so much I bought a second one. Easy install, super quiet, easy to use remote. As a future feature, I would like the ability for the fan to be turned on and start spinning without the user needing to press a button on the remote. Right now, after turning power back on to the fan, the user also needs to press a button on remote for the fan to start spinning.
