Cost wise it is so totally worth ... *by J***F on December 13, 2017* OK, so I was hesitant to write a review in fear of sharing too much personal information but after using this bidet for a while, I felt compelled to review anyway and hopefully not with too much info you don't want to know about. Simply put, this is an amazing product. Cost wise it is so totally worth it. Since I was a teenager (over 30 years) I have been using a cleansing product that is currently over 20 dollars a bottle. My father introduced me to it after he had surgery many years ago and it has been a staple of my "routine". The amount of toilet paper that is saved on top of the reduced amount of the above mentioned cleanser used, would be reason enough to recommend this product. But it is more than that. It is soothing, and it is an effective cleanser. The entire family is using it.Installation was not quite as simple as the video would have you believe, but it was certainly not overly difficult. This is not an item we in the USA are accustomed to and I for one think it is a shame.If you are on the fence about getting one, go ahead and take the leap. I firmly believe you will not be disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy this NOW! *by S***O on November 13, 2021* Full disclosure: I work in the offices of a plumbing company so I don't know how easy the install is but they were in & out in under 30min and they said it was easy.**Also note: they gave me the option to run a hot water line for this but said it's not really worth it. Unless we're constantly using that line there was going to be cooler water that hits you first anyway (kinda like any other faucet in your house that needs time to warm up) so I didn't do that and the water is cool but not uncomfortable.I absolutely love this thing. We have had installed for roughly 6-months now. I have frequent stomach/intestinal issues which gets painful on my bad days from all the toilet paper. This thing has made my life so much more comfortable. It's incredibly effective and with the adjustment options gets everywhere it needs to without making an extra mess. I also have a teenage boy and it has made laundry time less gross too!Hands down buy this and get it professionally installed. Despite my biased opinion working for a plumbing company - it's never a good idea to risk water damage from faulty installation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by A***N on July 18, 2017* A little awkward but a lot cheaper than a bidet.
