Water retention (like random 8+ lbs overnight after eating something carb heavy or consuming too much salt or simply because stars are aligned just right), low blood pressure, mild to extreme fatigue, mild to extreme brain fog, memory issues, comprehension issues, insomnia, can’t wake up in the morning, struggle to energy all day, only have energy at night when the rest of the world is meeting with the sandman, stomach issues, random & sporadic weight gain, heat intolerance, cold intolerance, excessive night sweats, headaches, earaches, random nausea, hypoglycemia, passing out, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, extreme anxiety over nothing, shaking, tremors…you get the point. All of it is random and strikes whenever it feels like, goes away when it wants. I’ve been to every specialist, had all kinds of tests, the only things ever found were anemia and consistent low potassium even on prescription potassium.
