Review: GET SMALL NOT MEDIUM! - Guys/Girls if your waist is between 30-34" you definitely want "small" not "medium" for a snug secure fit! I had to send a medium back(I feel it could have easily fit someone with a 36-38" waist!) I worked out with this on, doing squats and lunges was no problem and the support felt good(*very inconspicuous and tight to the body,fits well under sweats and jeans!*). I definitely went lighter and higher reps until after my surgery. My hernia is currently small and not symptomatic for the most part and I purchased this to get me through the summer and planning on having surgery in September, I didn't want to ruin my summer so I'm just using the support harness to skate me through for a couple of months. It works well and is "comfy snug" which is what I wanted for exercising. I am satisfied with this purchase and the product is currently meeting my needs!(PULL ALL STRAPS QUITE TIGHT WHILE PUTTING IT ON, ESPECIALLY FOR EXERCISING(the crotch strap will seem bothersome at first but it's necessary, try and get both attachment points right next to each other under the small yellow label above the hernia "pad", this will keep it against your inner thigh and away from your privates and butt crack!😂).AFTER ABOUT 5-10MIN OF WEARING IT YOU WILL BE WAY LESS CONSCIOUS OF HOW SNUG IT IS AND THE SUPPORT WILL FEEL GOOD AND GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND! **Q: For the seller:  The strap is 3"-4" too long and thus cannot be used. Is there a shorter strap available?**

**Q: What size for mens 48' waist?**
A: Measure around your hips, not your waist. I found the size is pretty accurate but you do have to go by hip size.

**Q: My hips circumference is 35.5".  Should I purchase the medium (29-35") or the large (36-41")?**
A: I am almost the same as your measurements and I chose the medium.  It fit fine.  I was concerned that the large would leave to much spare strap and be bulky and uncomfortable.  My hernia was very low on my body.

**Q: Is the skinny strap wht holds it in place?**
A: The main waist band holds the pad where you want to place it. The skinny strap runs from the back of the waistband, under your crouch to the pad. This places more pressure (you adjust it to the amount you need) on the pad, and stabilizes it. All in all, I have found the unit quite comfortable and it has helped me in my situation.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure to not pull too tight start slow per day not per hour

Very supportive the material is soft it does not irritate, I have sensitive skin and it doesn't seem to be hurting or bothering me which is great for me, it has enough stretch in the band so I'm a 32 to 34 waist I ordered medium and is perfect. The only thing is the material wears out after a few washes so be gentle when you wash and let it dry, they are cheap enough to wear I'll just purchase a new one when it wears out the velcro or it can be modified as I've seen others do with new Velcro which I did sew on to the fabric and it worked just fine temporarily. I've gotten about six good months of use before needing replacement and I work everyday using it. Important thing to note if you're not used to it take some adjusting because everybody's different but I was wearing it too low under my hips thinking it had to be there if you just set the straps where they need to be one going under the groin up around the butt cheek see the other side opposite from the left hernia side or opposite of the right side then pull up on the Belt so that it positions the hernia inward and the belt pulls up onto it where the Bulge is, tuck it in with your hand or lay on your back on the bed to apply this then stand up. Don't make it too tight start loose at first and slowly make it tighter each day don't try to make it very tight at first or it will hurt later
