All the machines I've tried are the same size foot pad. Not sure if it'll be affective. **Q: there appear to be 3 or 4 or 5 different Osito machines. Which would be the best for treating neuropathy? What is the difference between them?** A: The TENS unit (for nerves) would be effective for neuropathy. EMS for muscle. I find benefit of both TENS and EMS. I have neuropathy in my toes, terrible knee pain and a bad lower back (quite a mess). I even find it hard to do basic exercises because some part of me is always aching. I’ve actually been putting up with pain for so long that I needed to try something to help get me moving. When the unit arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight it actually was. I also loved the look of it overall - It has a pleasing light combination that you experience as soon as you turn it on - It looks like a spaceship : ) More importantly, it was so easy to set up and the enclosed instructions are very good and detailed. I never expected the intensity of the product once I turned it on. You can start slow and then increase to your level of comfort. I couldn’t believe that even without using the electrode pads, you can still feel the nerve stimulator go right up your calves. I have been so impressed with this product so far and actually look forward to using it regularly, every day in fact, to help stimulate my muscles.
