## Questions & Answers

**Q: where do i  order O rings?**
A: We found an O ring kit with assorted sizes at our local Ace Hardware store.

**Q: I purchase 9/16" thick engineered tongue and groove flooring.  Will this stapler accommodate this flooring?  Will it take Bostitch floor staples?**
A: Yes it comes with a plate adjustment for different sized flooring and yes it takes all Bostich cletes or staples. But besides the nailer Grip Right cletes and staples are a fraction of the cost as Bostich  fasteners and are the exact same nail.

**Q: is this 18 gauge**
A: This is a flooring nailer so the gauge size is different from a finishing nailer.  I used Bostich 15.5 gauge staples, 2" size as I installed 3/4" thick red oak hardwood floors.  You can buy the staples are any box hardware store (Home Depot, Menard's or Lowe's).  Your flooring dealer can tell you what size staple you'll need for the type of floor you are installing; some of the softer and thinner floors like bamboo use a smaller gauge and size staple.  Hope that helps!

**Q: which nail gun is better the ramsond or the bostitch? also if they are similar what are some pros and cons on both nailers?**
A: I don't know that answer. I Purchased the nail gun because it was the greatest price  deal. I used it once and it worked fine.
