They are true to size and they help get you off the ground so your dress doesn't drag on the ground which was a big selling point for me since I am so short. However, they are not the easiest to walk in as I constantly was falling off the edge of them. The straps are made out of some sort of rubber and are very thin so it doesn't help support your foot and hold them into the sandal. After about an hour of walking in them, I had two giant blisters on the bottom of each big toe! OUCH! I would say that they are over-priced for what you get and as cool as they seem, they aren't the most comfortable. If you are looking for a flip flop to get you off of the ground so you don't trip, these are for you.
