Mine did not and a small amount of product had leaked out.** A: mine came without a seal and spilled all over the package. I honestly thought it was used so when I got sent a new one I was surprised there wasn’t a seal. I assume there’s not a seal **Q: what color is good for hispanic medium skin tones?** A: I am Hispanic with a medium skin tone and the rose romance worked good on my skin tone. **Q: Does this have shimmer? Will it clog pores?** A: It has a little shimmer. It blends well. It will not clog pores. **Q: Is this blush noncomedogenic?** A: I do not tend to have a big problem with clogged pores, but I find this blush fairly light.
