My skin looks better and my hair and nails are growing strong. I don't get enough protein in my diet and need to add more. I mix the product in anything, coffee, flavored water, yogurt etc. It does have a flavor when mixed with plain water, but it's not too bad. You cant taste it when you mix it into items that have a flavor to it already. This product has 18 grams of protein per serving, which is good for collagen protein, most have 10 grams. The price is great and it includes other supplements in it as well, such as turmeric, ginger, and glucosamine. The only down side is the taste... it's horrible! It's supposed to be unflavored, but it's a pretty nasty un-flavor to me. I mix it with my protein shake and I still taste it. Fortunately, if you stick with it, you do get used to it and it won't bother you as much, but you have to stick with it for at least a month.
