When I received the cleanser there was product all over the inside of the box. When I used the product it did not smell right or have the same texture as usual. I also purchased the moisturizer and it was also not the same smell or the same product and it burned my skin. I have a feeling that this was sent from a third party where the person replaced the original product with something else. I am very disappointed because I think this is a great product but feel I was scammed. In fact, the bottle says you can either wash it off or just it wipe off with a cloth.
