The price contains the bundle of metallic pen, pen refill and gift box along with the diary. However, seller is sending cheap plastic pen with diary only. No gift box, no metallic pen and no pen refill. I didn’t get what is promised in the product page even in the replacement too. Looks like seller doesn’t care. I complain and after my picture verification recieved refund for the entire product. As it's non returnable product. We have thrown this garbage. Pen tak thik se ni bheja, can't expect them that even pages are of 100gsm.
