It's not a super small chair like I was expecting given the price, but it's definitely not too large. The color is a soft light grey.Con: It is not a heavy chair so I have to weigh it down underneath because every time I get up it flips forward with me. You can read others reviews and many say it's a little small, hard to recline and harder close. It's all true. I purchased the chair to recover from breast reconstruction. I needed to sleep in a recliner position and this chair DOES NOT recline as most recliners. I would say fully reclined is 3/4 the normal amount. I'm 5"4 and weigh 156. I just fit into this chair. If I were just 2 inches taller something would be hanging off. I actually thought I made an error and maybe purchased a child's chair. Now that I've been in this chair for a few weeks and push myself all the way up against the back my buttocks can feel the bars or whatever's holding the bottom upwards. They material is cheap. I couldn't believe how cheaply it was. The two pieces are easy to put together, two pegs. It feels great, like soft suede, firm main cushion, arm rests soft and wide. What i especially like is the continuation of the leg rest, big, huge, as wide as the chair. Four cats have fit comfortably around me.
