Fresh organic carrot juice is one of the "guns" I have aimed at my invasive ductal carcinoma (refused chemo and radiation); usually I make it fresh. But when traveling, too busy, or impecunious, I grab this container and put some into my green smoothies. I have an empty jar I use for some of this plus a scoop of green powder with wheatgrass juice in it, and I bring it with me to water aerobics in my gym bag if I am going to be out too long or haven't had breakfast - I get a smoothie at the healthplex and have them leave out the dfairy/sugar/gluten/soy items, and add this.
