I haven’t had any side effects except a little constipation but not sure if its due to the serrapeptase as I’m taking other supplements. I have just been diagnosed with AL Amyloidosis and looking for supplements that will help cardio health, breaking up protein fibrils and general anti inflammatory. Since I’m tolerating well after 3 days I’m also adding nattokinase and will up dosage slowly. Right now I’m only taking one each in the evening at least 2 hours after eating with a big glass of water. I can tell it’s already helping edema and general aches and pains which I took note of on day one. I’m also quitting smoking and hoping it helps me detox. Gone down from a pack a day to just 2 or 3 cigs per day.
