Helps with eliminating brain fog and helps with mental clarity and over all pep in your step. Ive tried a cheaper brand on Amazon but went back to Naomi's. Much better and pure. Its just the plant,not the other chemicals in other products. I went to her site and ordered 6 more products. I like the pureness and quality of her products. A+ rating!
