Run a remote line from the amp to something the isn't hot when the key isn't in the ignition. The Ford Sync failed and the phone did not work on it, as well as other features. This radio claimed to have built in steering wheel control and would have saved me $120. Nobody including the factory reps knew how to connect it and I had to buy another control. The installer could not be convinced that it was included and I had to pay extra.
