**Q: what are the side effects?**
A: I did not get any side effects. I am not using it everyday, only when my eyes get itchyor I feel getting allergy, then I just put one drop on each eye.

**Q: Does it get rid of red eyes?**
A: No it is not specifically for red eyes

**Q: Can this be taken with eye drops? I use Systane for dry eye**
A: I use both. Systane first thing in the morning and any time my eyes dry out. I use Alaway only when I have eye itching and irritation from allergies, which is usually later in the day after the oral antihistimine I take is wearing off, and especially when I spend time outdoors during my worst allergy season.

**Q: Who do I contact to refunded to my account for undelivered product?**
A: Contact Amazon. They will trace the delivery and find out if it was delivered at someone else's door step with GPS, they can find this out.  I have never had problems with Amazon when this happened to me.
