My first time filling my own capsules(with a Blated FIll MAchine) and I had a very minimum amount of waste. I also purchased the clear capsules and had a very tough time with them. Being transparent, they are difficult to work with and quite a lot of them were deformed. Overall, I'd give the BLUE #0 capsules 5 stars .
