## Questions & Answers

**Q: can the outer part be filled with water and glitter? or is there no way to access that insulated area?**
A: no it is enclosed and there is no way to access the insulation area.

**Q: Do any of your products have lids that are the same size and interchangeable with 32oz and 16oz?**
A: No I don't think so, because the 32oz cup is bigger then the 16oz cup so the 32oz lid will fit the 32oz cup. We got the 16oz cup and its a good size but I find drinks don't stay cold as long as the listing says.

**Q: how long are the straws?**
A: The tumblers are almost 6" tall and the straws extend 3" above the lid; so 9" long. The straws have a 'stop' on them to keep them from flipping out. I'm very happy with mine. The double wall eliminates condensation and makes for an easy grip. Hope this helps.

**Q: What is the diameter of the straw?**
A: Its the same as a regular straw
