But as said, if I would buy it again, I would probably buy half of the weight. Does it take anxiety? Not sure - for a blanket it is heavy and “almost acts” like a big duvet, without being very warm. But even making your bed becomes a bit of a exercise.

After a month or so use, I am still confused. First of all: order a rather light one. I thought that I am a big guy and 30 pounds is nothing... It is really heavy - and especially at the feat etc. you have to get used to it. Second: the cover is not really “cooling”. It seems quite warm. And the cover is a bit too unusual (texture) - I have ordered another one. The blanket also “evolves”. At the beginning it was much stiffer - but now it seems more “flowing” and you can even hear the microbeads “flowing”. For sure, it became now more comfortable. But as said, if I would buy it again, I would probably buy half of the weight. Does it take anxiety? Not sure - for a blanket it is heavy and “almost acts” like a big duvet, without being very warm. But even making your bed becomes a bit of a exercise.
