Great paint
Used this for painting a backside of a wall in 2 niches and took some other Modern Masters metallic colors mixed with glaze to give it visual interest and not fall flat. I wanted to tile it but it would have cost at least $700 plus the pain of cutting it and grouting etc so this worked out much better and my spouse loves it. This particular color Pearl White metallic is somewhat sheer. I coated the wall twice. It was a tan color before.

Very diluted & definitely not for wall
This paint is very thin & diluted. We hired a professional painter & the paint was a total failure. It leaves lines on the wall even with primer & 3 layers of paint. I don’t know what this pain is good for but definitely not for walls

BEST METALLIC PAINT EVER!
I have been remodeling 4 rooms in my home; seems like forever. I am using Modern Masters Pearl White Metallic paint to tone down the silver metallic paint and then adding Iridescent Medium and various colored glitter, depending on the room. This is the only paint that truly works, and I have tried them all. I do wish it was less expensive. I've purchased at least 4 cans now and that's a lot of money for 4 rooms, not to mention the rest of the paints, glitters and mediums that I use. But the look is well worth it. I embossed ferns on my family room wall using joint compound and stencils, and the paint sets them off as they are but I'm adding a few light colors to the ferns to really make them stand out. Awesome Paint!

Runny
Whatever color you have under will be the base. The paint is a glaze that is runny and you can see roller lines. Be prepared to feather out for hours.

Ease of use and a better quality finish

Looks Amazing, but follow directions
We painted our ceiling with MM Metallic Pearl, it is very important to follow directions. Our ceiling was first painted a bright white. It has a soft texture. We added an extender as directed. It took two coats to achieve desired results. It is important that you work quickly, smoothly, and evenly. Edges must not dry, and do not go back over what you have painted. If so, you will have darker streaks. After we finished, and it dried, it was amazing! Our ceiling looks like a tin ceiling. I didn't want just a plain ceiling, and I definitely achieved it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of technique. You cannot just roll it on. You must roll in a straight line, and keep edges wet. We had two people, and two rollers, one person to fill the roller, and the other to roll it on. You must also make sure that the paint is well mixed, there is a lot of metallic in the paint and they may settle, which will give you an uneven look. We painted a very large area, so I feel this make it more challenging, but it went smoothly. This went quickly, evenly, and would do it again. It didn't take that long at all. Worth the money and effort!! i have attached a couple of photos, they do not in any way do justice!! End color is not a bright white, but a silvery pearl. It appears yellowish in the photos, but it is not.
