Dont no why but the bar sits under my chin in betwwen the 2 studs. Does anybody have the same situation?.** A: I returned mine. Did not like it. And it was over priced. **Q: Anyone do lunges with this? Any issues?** A: the bottom length is about 4" too long for adequate front or lunge crotch clearance for the average height lifter. I removed 4", welded new attachment tabs and can now use the harness comfortably. **Q: Does it hit the crotch area when you squat down? It looks too long.** A: I'm 5' - 7", and this does not "hit the crotch".
