It offers exceptional fray resistance when cut with scissors, high abrasion and cut protection, and can endure temperatures up to 257°F. Ideal for organizing and protecting a variety of cables in both professional and DIY settings, it delivers a clean, expandable, and durable cable management solution designed in the USA. ## Description The Techflex Flexo Clean Cut Braided Cable Sleeve is a simple cable management solution that is both attractive and easy to use. The braided, expandable sleeving is an exceptionally durable, highly reliable solution ideal for use in the organization, wrap and protection of a wide assortment of wires and cables in a vast array of applications. It is manufactured with tightly braided polyethylene terepthalate filaments into a robust expandable braided sleeve. Typical applications for this lightweight product is to jacket and protect wire and cable assemblies, wire harnesses, as well as a broad range of other commonly used industrial hoses. It can be effectively used in even the most extreme of environments and is capable of easily withstanding temperatures of up to 257° F! More about the Flexo Clean Cut line of Braided Sleeves from Techflex: By adjusting the physical characteristics of the polyethylene terepthalate filaments, the engineers at Techflex have produced a product with the same specifications of the Flexo PET (PT) rbaided sleeves (sold separately) with the unique advantage of being able to cut the material with ordinary scissors and still maintain an extraordinarily fray-resistant end. Flexo Clean Cut (CC) is ideal for both DIY home use and for field installers. CC's fray-resistant properties allow frequent expansion at the cut-end without unraveling. Cuts easily and neatly with regular scissors and maintains a fray resistant end during installation. When scissor cut, the end of Clean Cut will withstand heavier handling without fraying than standard PT. When cut with a hot knife (sold separately), CC produces a virtually frayless end. Clean Cut sets the highest standard for uncoated fray resistance sleeving products Review: Great stuff. It does cut cleanly. Good size for a few HDMI, network, Power, and VGA cords. - The biggest things I put through this 1-inch size was a regular US 120V 3-prong power cord, plus a VGA cable. I staggered those two ends a couple inches apart and didn't have any problem inching them through a few foot run between PC and wall. It looks way nicer than zip-tied cables! Plan ahead and don't forget the USB webcam or Audio wire or whatever. I didn't need VGA but I put one through just so I'd never have to take it apart later, and if I want to remove it I'll just cut off an end rather than un-stretch it. You have to push, not pull, like a "Chinese Finger Puzzle" toy. The more diameter of cables you end up having inside this, the less it will stretch out so you have to guesstimate a little before you decide how long to cut it so you can stuff your cables, or else you could just feed your wire most of the way before cutting and then cut it once most of the cable is pushed through. The stock end where it was melted had to be stretched open, and once the cables are in it I don't see how you could really melt the ends again safely, so if I wanted really clean ends I would add some heat shrink rather than trying to melt this directly. Review: Five Stars - Does what it's supposed to ## Features - Resists Fraying When Cut With Scissors - Increased Braid Density For Fuller Coverage - Cut And Abrasion Resistant - Halogen Free ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B004SQYTG8 | | Box Contents | 1 | | Brand | Techflex | | Brand Name | Techflex | | Colour | As shown in the image | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 90 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Polyester | | Installation Type | Screw-In | | Item Weight Unit of Measure | 0.31 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Techflex | | Manufacturer Part Number | CCP1.00BK25 | | Material | Polyester | | Model Number | CCP1.00BK25 | | Style | Protection | | Style Name | Protection | | UPC | 738854018093 738854523474 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Techflex - **Colour:** As shown in the image - **Installation Type:** Screw-In - **Material:** Polyester - **Style:** Protection ## Images ![CCP1.00BK25 Flexo Clean Cut 1-Inch Braided Cable Sleeve, Black - 25 Feet - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31qguRfF0-L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: can you roll this product up--i am looking to use it for music gigs to cover my wires onstage as i play at different venues--i need to be able to roll** A: I wouldn't get these. I would get some of the plastic covers. I ended up getting the plastic covers and thre away the braided cable **Q: Does the sleeve have a slit along the side or do you have to push the cable through from one end to the other?** A: This sleeve doesn't have a slit along a side. We have to push the cable thru one end to the other. This sleeve is expandable, it expand up to 1.5 time s. So, it is easy to push cable. If you want side opening sleeves, then go for F6N1.00 sleeve. **Q: Can you cut slits through the side (without unraveling) to pull through cords at various lengths?** A: Agree with other responses. If you want it super clean melt the edges where you cut **Q: I need 500' splice free. Can I buy this from you?** A: Hi Kenji kamakaro,Yes, we can supply this item for you. Please, call me an email at 1-800-831-4242 x383 or ask for Technical Support. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stuff. It does cut cleanly. It makes my set-up look nice and clean in my basement without me having to run stuff into the wall. You have to be a little careful putting it on to not let it fray but thats not a big deal. I then put some electrical tape around each end once I have it installed - that way it won't fray. I oddly get a lot of compliments on this when people come to my house since in my basement set-up I just have this big cool looking cable coming out of my TV and nothing else - it looks very clean (like how a nice bar might do their set up) ## Frequently Bought Together - Techflex 1 Inch Flexo Clean Cut Braided Cable Sleeve - Black - 25 Feet - Techflex 3/4" Clean Cut Sleeving 25 ft.
