The compression pantyhose was comfortable. I usually wear am XL bit sized up. The compression was lower than in medical grade compression garment. These did not feel like 20-30 compression. To me these were similar to heavy thick tights which might be nice in the winter. For me, there was not enough compression in the calf, more compression in the thigh. The portion between the stocking and the panty hit me in the wrong area resulting in a muffin top thigh. I wanted to keep these since they were nice but fit is important. I think it will be necessary to try several sizes styles to find the correct fit.
