It didn't make a difference in how I used them in my project but if someone was ordering these to be fully visible, it could be a problem for them. They were packed nicely. The edges were very sharp and I hadn't even realized I cut myself until about 20 minutes later when I was washing my hands. So be extra careful when handling.
