A: China

**Q: Is this suitable for a girl as a gift?**
A: I sent it to a Great Granddaughter and she loved it!

**Q: Is there a list of the songs that play?**
A: I bought one and it didn’t work. Replaced the batteries with new ones and it still didn’t work. I ordered a replacement and the same thing happened. I’d skip this purchase and get one at target. My sister in law bought one for my son there and it works perfectly.

**Q: How does the playback function work?**
A: Press "record" button, you can record your own creative melodies and then press "playback" button, it will playback your own music.
