After I gave birth, I was feeling really weak and I took this every other day. The good thing about this is that you can take it with juices, milkshakes, milk, water anything! Just use a half a spoon to a spoon full in the cup of whatever it is you are drinking for about an hour and drink as usual. Try to make sure that you drink enough sugar because it lowers you blood sugar. If you have any kind of circulation problems be prepared for the tingly creepy crawly feeling wherever! The first time I did it I almost stopped until I realized that was only a reaction that it was helping me not hurting. This thing is really good as the website and pamphlets says. Good for almost anything. I guess this is due to the healing crisis. Anywhere the problem is in your body, it is going to tingle even hurt but it works.
