We thought OK, blue works as well and threw the towels in the washer. But woebegone! The towels left the washer so badly contaminated with lint that we had to run the washer again empty. The dryer's lint filter was completely clogged after 10 min at which point we moved the semi-wet towels into the garbage bin. Better pay for one more garbage tag than contaminating every corner of the house with neon-blue lint.
