**Q: What is the warranty on these lights?**
A: One year

**Q: my lights turned off after 10 seconds is that normal? Also when I close and reopen my door it doesn’t turn on**
A: This is how your car is designed. Even with original lights they do not stay on if you hold your door open for 5 min. They automatically turn off. In order to turn back on, you need to close the door wait a few seconds. And it will reset. You are noticing it now because you are paying more attention.

**Q: Does it work for a 2012 Charger R/T?**
A: I wouldn’t see why not, as long as as you have the puddle lights on your car.

**Q: What is the process to file a warranty complaint? Purchased two sets for front and rear doors. Both have failed.**
A: Send an email or message through Amazon to the company. They will send new ones out quickly. I had the same issue.
