As others have noted, the 250cc prevents it from being able to weave in and out of traffic at high speeds so please ride safe. The paperwork appears the same day as the bike and had everything I needed to be able to title and register here in CO. desertcart even collected the proper taxes for my city so I didn’t have to pay anything extra at the DMV other than registration fees. This will vary from state to state so your experience may not be the same as mine. Like others have mentioned, it does have idling issues at first but this is quickly and easily remedied by replacing the TMAP sensor and spark plug. Shouldn’t be a problem registering in ILL! **Q: Will it register in Texas?** A: I'm not a hundred percent, but I'd say so. It has all the requirements to be street legal. I live in Florida and I have mine registered tagged and insured.
