**Q: Is the pillowcase waterproof for outdoor use?**
A: it made of faux leather and thick linen，not waterproof fabric

**Q: Has anyone been able to get the creases out from the being folded for shipping?**
A: Hello, generally speaking, the crease will naturally lengthen after a few days after the pillow is stuffed into the pillow. If not, you can try ironing (remember that the leather part cannot be ironed)

**Q: How do you clean them. Can it be a washed?**
A: I’ve been spot cleaning mine with a carpet cleaning solution if kids get food on them. They can’t be washed due to the faux leather strip.

**Q: What fabric is used on the faux leather portion:  bonded leather, vinyl, microfiber?**
A: I’m going to guess that it’s some sort of vinyl/naugahyde. Definitely not leather, but it looks great. Please be aware that these are only pillow covers, you have to buy the pillow insert separately.
