I was afraid this would be too heavy which is the case a lot of the time with my hair. I was extremely pleasantly surprised! Immediate results and not too heavy. I used a clarifying shampoo then allowed the mask to set for about 10 minutes in my bath, massaging in scalp down entire length of my hair. I did hake sure to rinse very thoroughly but my hair felt AWESOME and sleek while rinsing, and noticeably less dehydrated and happier/more slip and smoother after blow drying and medium heat straightener regular routine. Smells nice and feels nice while using. I apply a Sam all amount with my fingertips to problem areas of my scalp and lightly throughout my hair, especially the ends. A very small amount goes a long way. This has improved the shininess and body of my hair as well as curing the frizziness. I am a 60+ year old with the hair problems of such.
