Review: This stand fits Wacom Cintiq 16 - I have the older Wacom Cintiq 16 and this stand does fit with it using 75mm X 75mm VESA mount. Just make sure you connect the 3-in-1 cable to the drawing tablet first, otherwise the latch tablet stand blocks the plastic shell plate from opening at the back of the drawing tablet where the 3-in-1 cable is plugged.
Review: Good compatibility - Works and feels sturdy with the Cintiq 27 Pro. I suggest wiping down the surface you intent to use as a base with some isopropyl alcohol to remove any residues that might hinder the rubbers feet ability to grip.

I have the older Wacom Cintiq 16 and this stand does fit with it using 75mm X 75mm VESA mount. Very light weight, simple 4-screw installation with a supplied driver, and easily adjusts to multiple angles so I no longer get a stiff neck working on my Huion 24" tablet. Despite its compact size it is very stable unlike adjustable arm supports. I'm glad I bought it (and it was on sale).
