Obviously it’s not impervious and if someone really wants to steal her gas they will. The idea was to act as a detriment and hopefully someone would pass it up and move one to something quicker. Sits flush and feels sturdy. No instructions were included, but there’s a lot of great videos on YouTube.A few tips:- Some videos instruct you to pull off the fuel neck seal before removing the old cover, but since this comes with a new seal, you can skip that take the cover off and the old one will come off with it. It was a lot easier than removing them separately.- You can also remove the top cover via the hex screws to expose the inner cover. It was a little easier to manipulate and get a secure fit without the extra bulk in the way.- There are 2 small plastic “pins” that stick out…1 was on the side and there was a hole on the Jeep for it, but the other was on the top and there wasn’t a hole, so I had to snap it off. Maybe some models have a hole for it, but mine didn’t. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Does what I bought it for. *by C***5 on Reviewed in the United States on October 13, 2022* Easy to install and use on a 2010 Jeep JKU.However... the gasket is not tight on the filler neck. This causes the neck to slide down a bit and make it difficult to screw in the Gas cap.
